Controversial Nigerian Prophet and Apostle, Johnson Suleiman of Omega Fire Ministries has said an imminent deadly explosion is about to ravage a town in Cameroon. The explosion he said, would lead to several deaths.
Suleiman, noted for making false predictions made the prophecy Sunday, August 14, during a televised church service at his ministry’s headquarters in Auchi, Edo state, Nigeria.
“Cameroon, please pray. What I am seeing now…we have to pray for Cameroon so that the country will not cry…I see something exploding with so many people sitting around the place, I see something exploding…so many people will die. Please take note,” Suleiman prophesied.’
Delivering the message in a rather assertive tone, Suleiman would however, not give details of the nature of the explosion no town/city where it will happen.
Instead, he urged members of his church together with citizens of Cameroon, to get down on their knees in prayers in order to avert the “impending tragedy.”
In the same service, he had a similar prediction for already war thorn Syria. “The same thing I see in the nation of Syria. I see explosion, multiple explosions. Pray, how can two explosions happen on the same day…? Explosions in Syria and Cameroon…Open your mouth and pray for those countries…Open your mouths and pray for those countries and let God arise…let God protect them and let all the principalities be exposed.” Suleiman said.
Cameroon, it should be noted, has since 2013, been under threats of insurgency from the terrorist group Boko Haram. They since adopted suicide bombing as a means of combat and have targeted innocent people for murder especially Far North of the country.
Syria on its part is witnessing a long civil war which has led to the killing of over 250,000 civilians with millions more displaced. Deadly explosions are already rampant in most of Syria’s cities held by rebels.
The Cameroon Journal notes that this isn’t the first time that Suleman is making predictions. He has made some predictions in the past that didn’t come true. During the Nigerian Presidential elections that elected Gen. Buhari for example, Suleman is on record to have prophesied that former President Goodluck Jonathan was going to be winner. Of course, Jonathan didn’t win the election. In a recent trip to Maryland, USA, where he held a crusade at the premises of Assembly of God Church in Lanham, he prophesied that Hilary Clinton is going to be next President of the United States. It is left to be seen whether this happens.
In October last year, Suleman held a gospel crusade in the economic capital, Douala, during which at least one person died and over 20 others sustained injuries following a stampede at the crusade ground at the Bepanda Omnisport stadium. An estimate of 60,000 people had trooped into the ageing football facility for signs and wonders and prophecy from the preacher.
