MTV EMA 2016: Wizkid Gets Stripped Of ‘Best Africa Act’ Title – See Why
The MTV Europe Music Awards has finally stripped off Nigeria’s Wizkid of the Best African Act award and given it to Ali Kiba after days of public outcry from Tanzanians.
The award that was subject to a public vote became a subject of discussion after votes showed Ali Kiba was leading but the organizers gave Wizkid the trophy during the ceremony in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Ali Kiba said he was awaiting communication from the award organizers and on Wednesday, MTV Base East Africa Rotterdam, Netherlands made the announcement.
During a Facebook live chat, Ali Kiba said;
“Sasa ndio nimepata confirmation kwamba ni kweli tuzo inakuja Tanzania na vile vile mimi siwezi kuzungumzia, nitasubiri mpaka nizishike (I’ve just gotten the confirmation that the award is coming back to Tanzania, but I can’t talk much about it, I’m still waiting to receive it),”
He added that the award organisers got in touch with his management and admitted the mistake clarifying that he was the winner as voted by the public.
Wizkid has since deleted all Instagram posts regarding the award.

Abomination! Wife Catches Husband Having Hot S*x with a Goat in their Home
A wife has been left totally horrified after she caught her husband having hot s*x with a goat in their house.
A woman was left dumbfounded after she caught her husband having s*x with a goat at their home in Tetu, Nyeri County of Kenya.
It was gathered that the woman identified as Mrs Cecilia Muthoni Waigwa found her 70-year-old husband, Alexander Waigwa Waweru in the act, prompting her to raise alarm which caught the neighbours' attention.
According to the area OCPD Steven Obara, the wife became suspicious after the husband sneaked into the goats' shelter and held one of the animals by the tail. Kenyans reports that Mrs Waigwa told the police that after she walked in on the husband committing the beastly act, he attempted to kill her and burn the house.
“He grabbed a jerrycan of paraffin but it was too late. He later grabbed a machete to kill the wife but we intervened,” Mr Obara said.
Police described Waigwa as a dangerous and arrogant man who had been previously sentenced to five years in prison but was released.
The suspect was locked up at Nyeri Police Station as police conduct investigations into the bizarre incident.

Another Husband divorces new wife on their honeymoon after seeing her without makeup for the first time
A woman has been divorced by her husband on their honeymoon just a few days after their wedding. The bridegroom dumped the woman after he saw her with no make-up for the first time according to a psychologist who counseled the unidentified woman.
The 40-year-old groom divorced his 35-year-old bride, said the doctor, because the husband believed she did not look as pretty as before the wedding and accused her of deceiving him by using so many cosmetics, including fake eyelashes.
Dr Molapo, consultant psychologist, said that his clinic received a request from the woman to help her overcome her psychological suffering after her divorce Reports are that the groom took his bride to Richards Bay for their honeymoon where they had a swim but the outing turned tragic when her face became wet and her makeup reportedly washed away.
The groom said he could barely recognize his wife after the make-up was gone. The bride wore artificial eyelashes and had undergone cosmetic surgeries before the marriage.
The couple who had met on Facebook had been engaged for three months.

Saturday Sun got hold of Chidinma Okeke’s father, Sir Jeremiah Okeke, who is living in Aba, Abia State with his family.. The 65-year-old father of the 19 year old beauty queen told the reporter on the phone that the family had handed over the situation to God.

He said he was not suspecting anybody of having a hand in his daughter’s ordeal as speculated in the social media. Going back memory lane, Okeke recalled that God’s mighty hand on him was evidenced on his miraculous survival from his childhood tragedies.

Ladies : See Why You Should Never Wear any Underwear to Bed at Night
A new revelation has been made about the effects of going to bed without any underwear on and why you have to adhere to it.
One of our fears with sleeping totally n*ked is that should something terrible happen (touch wood), we can’t think of much worse than a paramedic, police officer or fireman arriving on the scene to find us completely starkers.
Therefore, many of us sleep in pyjamas in winter, and underwear in summer. However it turns out the latter could be doing more harm than good.
According to health professionals, going commando at night is necessary to let your nether regions “breathe” and to avoid infection.
“I often tell my patients to sleep without underwear,” Dr Alyssa Dweck told Shape. “If [the area] is constantly covered – especially by a fabric that’s not moisture-wicking or absorbent – moisture collects, [creating the] perfect breeding ground for bacteria or yeast.”
In spite of this, one study found that only 18 per cent of women go pants-less for bed, the magazine reported.
If you can’t forgo the undies for the night, Dweck recommends wearing a loose-fitting cotton pair.
“If there’s ever a time to break out the granny panties, this would be it,” she said.
The same rationale goes for men, who are just as prone to bacterial infection down there – but there’s also another factor at play for those trying to conceive.
“Your scrotum needs to be just the right temperature in order to optimise sperm production,”urologist Brian Steixner told Men’s Health.
Men who sleep in tight boxers or briefs can compromise the quality of their sperm as their genitals become too warm during the night.
“More bacteria makes for a higher likelihood that any chafed or irritated skin down there becomes infected,”Steixner added.
Fertility aside, there are added benefits to sleeping in the nude too.
“Cooling down will lower your blood pressure, which in turn helps your body activate its ‘rest and digest system’, otherwise known as the parasympathetic nervous system. Cooling down also helps the body release certain hormones and reparative enzymes,” Shawn Stevenson, author of Sleep Smarter, told Mic.

When companies buy hair from the temple for as much as $700 per pound, it contains sweat, blood, and lice.
At the temple, some 650 barbers sit in lines on the concrete floor and tie the women’s hair into ponytails before cutting it off. Once the large portions of hair are removed, the barbers use a razor to shave each pilgrims head, before dousing their head with water to wash away any blood.

An Igando Customary Court in Lagos on Wednesday granted the request of her estranged husband, Minkail Abdul-Hammed.
The husband, a 57yrs old cleric, had approached the court seeking to end his 17-year-old marriage with Titilayo, because her n*kedness was seen by everyone.
Abdul-Hammed had said that his wife was always disgracing him in public as she was fond of tying only wrapper to watch television in the neighborhood.

“I queried her for preferring TV to mosque and ordered her to follow me home. She refused and as I was trying to drag her from the room, her wrapper dropped and behold my wife was neither wearing a pant nor a brassier.
“The residents in the room saw my wife’s n*kedness live and direct and were making jest of us. I was embarrassed and ashamed.”
The petitioner also accused his wife who was absent from court of being fetish.
“Of recent, I noticed that my wife always lock her room and keep the key to herself whenever she wants to take her bath or do anything within the premises.“One day, she went to buy something and locked her room as usual. I searched for the duplicate key because I was curious and opened the door.
The Court President, Adegboyega Omilola, in his judgment said that it was obvious from available testimony and the respondent’s refusal to appear in court that the marriage had “hit the rock”.“Throughout the duration of this case, the respondent refused to honor court processes. Therefore, the court has no other choice than to dissolve the marriage.
“The marriage between, Minkail Abdul-Hammed and Titilayo Abdul-Hammed is hereby dissolved.
“Both parties are no longer husband and wife; they are free to marry any partner of their choice without any hindrances and molestation,” he said.
